What are you doing with your time?

I apologize for my lack of visibility lately, I guess I have just been adjusting to this new normal like all of you. With so much still uncertain, I’ve been trying to use this time wisely, and encourage you to do the same. As my last post stated to use this period as a time to tackle all those things on your list that kept getting put on the back burner. I came across a profound podcast that really put things into perspective for me; I have all the time in the world right now, yet I still havent tackled X, Y, or Z? After absorbing the information from Laura Vanderkam’s motivational talk, I realized they were not a priority and I needed to realign with my goals.

We have 24 hours a day, 168 hours a week, and 720 hours in the month. You owe it to yourself to take a measly 30 hours in the entire month to focus on fueling your wellbeing.

I don’t know about you, but I refuse to let 2020 pass without feeling like I won somehow.
