Why Are My Manifestations Not Manifesting?!?!

I’m sure you have all seen the memes about how the gym is filled on January 1st, and then by February, the crowds die down; well, I see the same when it comes to goal setting and seeking abundance.  A few reasons for this are A) the excitement dies down as you go through everyday routines and hit roadblocks that derail you from staying consistent B) you are stifled by your limiting beliefs (some you might not even know you have,) and victim mentality that was never released C) you desire something and it doesn’t show up immediately so you begin to doubt how powerful the law of attraction can be.

Truth is, you are just scratching the surface of the manifestation process and there are several key components necessary to shape our mindset and environment to bring about positive change and achieve your goals.

Affirmations are positive statements or phrases you repeat to yourself, reinforcing a particular belief or goal. By consistently affirming positive outcomes, individuals aim to reshape their thought patterns and cultivate a mindset that supports their aspirations. For example, repeating statements such as "I am capable of success" or "Abundance flows into my life effortlessly" can help create a positive mental environment. I follow the 3-6-9 method, where I write an affirmation or mantra in a designated notebook three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times in the evening.

Declarations involve making clear and intentional statements about what one wants to manifest in their life. By vocalizing these desires, You are not only communicating your intentions to the external world but also reinforcing your commitment to achieving these goals. Declarations serve as a verbal commitment to the manifestation process, fostering a sense of accountability and determination. This is when your vision board comes in! Be precise! What are your intentions with the money you receive? What feelings will you be engulfed in when things that you asked for start showing up? It helps you set a clear view of what you want and a daily reinforcement when you spend a few moments a day to glance at it.

Deserving essentially means believing in one's worthiness, a crucial aspect of manifestation. We must cultivate a deep sense of self-worth and acknowledge that we deserve the positive outcomes we seek. This involves letting go of limiting beliefs and embracing the idea that abundance, success, and fulfillment are not only attainable but also well-deserved. Too often, I find people saying they want to build a 7 figure business, but subconsciously they don’t believe they are worthy or constantly allowing the scarcity mindset to take precedence with thoughts that “people with money are evil” and “money burns a hole in my pocket” “I live paycheck to paycheck.”

Allowing is about creating an open and receptive mindset. It involves relinquishing doubts, fears, and resistance that may hinder the manifestation process. By letting go of negative energy and trusting in the unfolding of events, we create space for the desired outcomes to unfold. Allowing requires a certain level of faith and surrender to the natural flow of the universe. The beauty is Letting the universe know what you want while working towards it and allowing it to happen even if it isn’t as planned. Let go of trying to control and learn to trust the process. Every night before I go to bed, I thank my higher power for three things I am grateful for because gratitude is a super attractor when it comes to abundance.

Manifestation involves aligning one's mindset, emotions, and actions with the desired outcomes and I often see people get discouraged because it is hard work; a repetitive & consistent daily practice to take control of your mental state. Pessimistic talk and fixating on negative outcomes, unfortunately, are our brain's autopilot when untrained; therefore, you must be dedicated day in and out, filtering what thoughts you allow. Life is going to have constant polarity, but when those situations arise, do you respond or react? It’s imperative you take control of how it affects you and dive into what you learned from the experience to help you grow.  The universe can only respond to your beliefs- so if you are stuck in a scarcity mindset, then that’s what you will continue to receive. If you have a gratitude mindset, then abundance flows.
